The Open Contracting Partnership is launching a new impact program, called Open Contracting Lift. The program is targeted at reformers who are working to improve public goods, works, or services by changing the way they’re contracted. It provides an opportunity for these reformers to get assistance from experts and peers who have faced similar challenges.
Starting in September, Lift will offer intensive, tailored support. Participants will learn and apply best practice approaches to more effectively introduce and sustain contracting reforms and will receive 100 days of technical assistance, including in-person co-working with experts and support from peers. Lift will cover topics such as results-driven contract design and management, OCDS publication and use, user research and engagement, and political mandates.
Applications open on July 1 and close on August 12. You can sign up already at lift.open-contracting.org to receive updates.
